Research at IEL - Food Technology and Biotechnology

Food technology belongs to the applied sciences, which is constituted by our research projects. The improvement of food quality by using biotechnological methods, including the consideration of environmental aspects, is one of our main fields of our research. All fields of research are focussed on basic research requirements and on the demands of our industrial partners.
